Wrapping machines to manufacture drawer parts of a width of 40 to 280 mm

Wrapping system (360° wrapping) for flat furniture components of a width up to 300 mm. Available as complete production lines including board dividing, profile milling and edge sealing.

Fully automatied machines to glue  mesh material to corner angles made from PVC or metal. Our systems include a cutting unit and automatic loading and stacking of the manufactured corner beads with mesh.

Edge banding machines for the production of door casings

The edge banding machine is automatically supplied with base profiles from a loading magazine. The strips to be attached are fed into the gluing area of the machine via a platform magazine attached to the side of the machine. The height of the magazine can be adjusted so that the overhang of the strip can be determined individually and enables the production of a wide variety of door casings.
The two parts are glued together using an EVA hot-melt adhesive and white glue which are applied using slotted nozzles that can be adjusted to the material thickness. The adhesives are applied to the base profiles in a continuous process.
